Sorry: just haven't been here in a while...

I have a 2006 Guild D-50 Bluegrass Special: Dread with Adirondack spruce top, scalloped bracing, over East Indian rosewood back/sides. Original owner. I swapped out the heavy Grover Rotomatics for Grover Vintage Sta-Tite 18:1 open back tuners, making the guitar balance much better by taking about 6 oz off the headstock. I also installed a K&K Pure Western Mini pickup. $1400.

Also, 2006 excellent condition original owner Blueridge BR-260. $1500. Solid Sitka spruce over solid Brazilian rosewood. This guitar was never on the showroom floor. I personally selected it from several at Saga in person. Sounds and looks great! Includes the Guardian Vintage Deluxe case or a Tweed Musicians Friend archtop hardshell case [I think this might also be a Guardian case] (your choice).

I will trade BOTH guitars for the right HD-28V with Adirondack top. The guitar must have a 1 11/16" neck and the Adi must not have grain...

LR Baggs LB6 pickup - NIB

I had this sitting around to put into an acoustic, having used one of these models in another guitar for 25 years or so. It is THE BEST pickup for acoustics playing in LOUD settings. I used my old one in a D-28 which I played in a series of loud country bands, running it through an amp alternately with my Strat.

This pickup requires professional installation in slightly widening the saddle slot, but it is unquestionably the best if you are playing in loud settings. I am not playing that style any more, so I never put the new pickup in another guitar as planned.

1999 Special Edition 16 Series Martin (SP). SP000-16R.

The Special Edition 16 Series (all those with the SP designation) were high end, all gloss finish, top notch woods, 41/45 style fretboard inlay. They also have that mod low oval neck profile (no wings!).
This guitar new listed for a couple hundred less than the standard series 000-28 (aprox. $2250 v. $2450).
I have had an LR Baggs LB6 pickup put in the guitar and put on ebony tuning buttons, but otherwise it is stock.
Great guitar with specs similar to the OMJM (000 size with full scale neck, standard 1 11/16" nut).
Sounds great acoustically or plugged in.
Fairly uncommon guitar, made between 1996 and 2002.
Upgraded archtop TKL case, better than POS Martin 300 series case it came with.
I'm the original owner, having bought it as NOS in 2001.

$1125 cash or trade for non-vintage (post 1969) Martin 00-18 or Gibson F-9 mandolin.

Hey guys. First post. I have a Taylor for sale here...

This is a Taylor Model 110, wooden body, steel strings, and light in weight. It's about 3 years old and has seen less than a year of very moderate playing. The tone of the guitar is really warm and clear, and can get pretty loud. There are no physical defects on the guitar. It will come with the Taylor made soft-case (really durable), a Dunlop re-string/tightener, and some lesson books if you want them. I'm selling this because of the wonderful economy that we live in. For Sale--1984 Santa Cruz Guitar Company D-149M. The 149th SC Dreadnought. A special instrument, one of three or four made with European flamed maple back and sides, nicely silked Sitka top, "open book" headstock, ivoroid binding all around, ebony fretboard with snowflake markers, deep and resonant tone as one would expect.
