Not knowing much about these straps, I decided to take a chance and order a couple. They arrived quite promptly, and upon examination, I found that they were made very well and quite comfortable. The leather is very soft and supple, and the hearty! It turns out that Italia Straps is hand-made right here in the Greater Bay Area.

A few members who have posted concerns about "neck dive" might look to Italia Straps to help solve their problem. Their 4-inch wide straps with the extra surface area and suede backing are very effective in reducing or eliminating neck dive issues. Here is a response by Italia Straps:
