Not exactly the bay area, but I thought I'd pass along our favorite luthier and just a fine person. We have some of his instruments and he works on all
our instruments. Authorized Martin guy too.

BTW, I believe the Bay Area stretches to Emerald and Crystal Bays, Lake Tahoe.
