I just wanted to share a quality product I have come across. If you have not heard of Avatar speakers, it's worth checking them out. They sell discount factory direct speakers and cabinets for guitar and bass players. I play bass and use some of their older cabinets 1x15 and 1x12. Excellent craftsmanship and sound at a reasonable price. Please know that I am in no way affiliated with the company. Waaaay back in "the day", he owned a small local chain called Speaker City, which specialized in car audio, but also carried EV and other musical speakers. He chucked in the high cost of the Bay Area and moved to the midwest, and started Avatar. When you email or call, Dave answers. I have loved every one of the Avatar cabs i have owned, and my closed back 2x12" with Cel. V30's is still my main cabinet. I highly recommend Avatar. Champ Posts: 63 05/08/09 9:23 PM Charter Member	A local bass player turned me on to Avatar cabinets. They're here to stay. Hopefully others will check out Avatar. Dave is a cool guy and I remember talking to him about bass cabinets. He is always willing to help.
