Sorry, Bonedaddy, but I started a new thread dedicated to pics of the fine Bay Area guitar (and amp) por*. Hope you don't mind that I moved your post!
Schweeeet axes, btw! The Gretsch is an Annie (I think), but what year/make is the Tele? I'm very, very far from an expert when it comes to Teles, but
TeleMike is in the process of building my dream-Tele.

Hi Guys - the Gretsch is an annie. The tele is an interesting bit. It's a Nash Timewarp model, the T-52. It's basically a "new" 52 tele.
It's got Lollars in the neck and bridge and the cavities and pick guard are all lined with copper foil/tape. I absolutely love that guitar. It's got
such a wide rage of tones. I've also got a MIM tele that's kind of a creamish color with a 3 ply white pickguard. It's a top loader. Some folks
don't like them, but I think it sounds great. Plays pretty durn good too. I'm a sucker for a black guard tele though :) I'd like to have someone
build me a "Keef" tele; maybe in black with a black guard, with a PAF in the neck.

Telemikester called it! He said it looked like a Nash T-52. Good call, Mike!
Mike's building me a relic'd Tele. After playing Mike's self-built Tele, I just had to have him build me one. AAA Birdseye neck. 3 pound swamp ash USA body. Greenwich-modified Lollar pups. Glendale bridge. (Did I get the specs right, Mike?)

I think you're going to really like the Lollars. They are fantastic pickups. Through my AC 15, they have a lushness that none of my other guitars come
close to having. Even when the amp is cranked, you can clearly hear the note separation in chords. Really nice pick ups.

Well, judging from Mike's Lollars, I'm sure I'll love them. I have some Lollar Imperial High Winds in my '84 SG Standard.

I can't believe the tone I get out of the Nash with the Lollars compared to a standard tele. Like night and day. It can go from a Ric like jangle to
downright nasty.

I'm a member of the Lollar bandwagon. I was set to purchase a set of Bare Knuckles pups for my SG, but Mike was persistent that I drop Jason (Lollar) an
email explaining what I was looking for. Jason promptly responded, and the rest is history. Regarding Teles, Mike always says "why put anything else in a
Tele . . the Lollars sound that good."

My recent catch - Ibanez Artcore AF125AMB Custom | #10 | ||
|
Here's a few pics. I picked this one up on Ebay for $699 plus shipping. Amazing quality of craftmanship for less than $1,000 instrument. Factory setup
was surprisingly good, excellent fretwork and binding. Only had to adjust the truss rod and action to accomodate my string preference. The sound and tone
quality both acoustic and amplified is not too shabby considering this is not a high end archtop. The pickups not too bad, could be better, but hey what do
you expect at this price. They had to cut corners somewhere. The quilted maple and amberburst finish are quite stunning up close. Only thing I could do
without is the Shazam logo on the headstock.
I think it would have
looked better if they left that blank.
Here's a link to some more pics of the entire Artcore Customs line at the 2008 NAMM show: http://www.ibanezrules.com/namm/2008/artcore_custom.htm

What year is your Sheraton, Christopher? I just sold one about a month ago that looked very similiar, although my fretboard was ebony. Same gold hardware.
